Refund Protocol

Financial Integrity & The 70/20/10 Rule

1. The 70/20/10 Revenue Protocol

Oxvenia operates on a decentralized revenue model. When a transaction occurs (e.g., Genesis Membership, Summit Ticket), the funds are instantly allocated:

  • 70% (The Architect): Allocated to the creator/engineer or the specific value provider.
  • 20% (The Platform): Reinvested into Oxvenia Infrastructure (Servers, API Costs).
  • 10% (The Reserve): Locked in the Community Liquidity Pool for stability.

Compliance Note: Because 70% of funds are immediately distributed to independent Architects or committed to "Proof of Work" contracts, refunds are generally not possible for digital access products once the "Identity Key" or "Digital Asset" has been delivered.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Genesis 50 Membership Fees (Identity Creation).
  • Summit Tickets (Seat Reservation).
  • OXP Credits purchased or earned.

3. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

We adhere to a strict "System Failure" refund policy. You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • Double charge due to payment gateway error.
  • Failure to deliver the "Digital Key" or access within 24 hours of payment.
  • The Summit event is cancelled by Oxvenia without a rescheduled date.

Dispute Resolution: Before filing a dispute with 2Checkout or your bank, please contact our command center. Unjustified chargebacks will result in a permanent ban from the Oxvenia Empire.

To request a refund, contact legal@oxvenia.com with your Transaction ID.
