Use of Service

Oxvenia provides automated SOC 2 compliance scanning, evidence generation, and workflow automation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed through Lemon Squeezy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled in accordance with Lemon Squeezy terms and applicable consumer protection laws.

Intellectual Property

Oxvenia and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Oxvenia and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

Oxvenia is provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
